About Andy Elmes

Andy is the founder and senior leader of Family Church, located in Portsmouth, on the south coast of England. He is a visionary leader who has seen the church grow from 12 people on its first day to well over 600 in ten years. He is also planting out other churches: the first one in Gosport opened in 2005 and Cornerstone Fellowship opened in 2007 – all three churches are growing steadily.

Andy has a wealth of experience to offer that comes from a very successful time in ministry. As well as planting churches he has been involved in many forms of evangelism, including travelling as an evangelist for many years. Andy regularly leads people to the Lord both in 1:1 and group/event environments.

Andy is a dynamic visionary who helps leaders see things outside of box, and as a strategist helps others to set goals within their lives and ministries and move towards them quickly.

Andy is a very effective team leader who helps others to understand the power of team and how to get the best out of team members.

A highly sought-after conference speaker for Christian events and conferences, Andy regularly shares on leadership, motivation and evangelism.
